Webflow
Add Sift to a Webflow site with custom head code.
Webflow supports site-wide custom code on paid plans, and page-level code on any plan.
Site-wide
- Open Site settings.
- Go to Custom code.
- Paste the snippet into Head code.
- Publish the site.
<script
defer
data-domain="example.com"
src="https://sift.agentonboard.xyz/js/sift.js"
></script>Custom code only applies to the published site. It does not run in the Webflow designer preview, so verification has to happen on the live domain.
Page-level
On a page without site-wide code, open Page settings, then Custom code,
and paste the same snippet into Inside <head> tag.
Page-level code does not cascade to other pages. Use site-wide code unless you want to track only a landing page.
Webflow and SPA-style interactions
Webflow pages are separate documents, so every navigation is a full load. No extra configuration is needed for route tracking.
Interactions that change content without changing the URL are not pageviews.
Custom domains
Register the domain visitors actually see. If the Webflow project is served on
example.com with www.example.com redirecting to it, register example.com.
www. is normalized either way.
